It appears that most effective
and precise Mind Control methods utilise some kind of a net made of
resonant couplings. This method originated from the technology of
weather control. I never wrote anything about it because without proper
understanding I kept away from speaking publicly on the subject.
However practical experiences of staying within the environment of this
